Order to delivery took 2 hours and a phone call to arrive and order was wrong when it arrived. So hungry we just ate it and it was fine for what it was but wasn't what we really wanted. Understand it can be busy especially on the weekend but was disappointed.

We waited for over two hours for our order. We called The Manzil twice asking about our order and each time they told us we just had to wait ten more minutes. We ended up cancelling our order after waiting for more than two hours. Absolutely abominable service. Their food is nice enough but I highly doubt I’ll be ordering from them again as this is not the first time this has happened!!

The nan melt was lovely. The chicken Korma sauce was nice enough. Chicken texture wasnt great. Lamb jalfrezi just wasn't edible. The sauce was way too hot and the lamb was so tough i couldnt eat it. was disappointed overall.
